Acknowledgments

This online course was developed by the Central East Addiction Technology Transfer Center (CEATTC), which is funded by a cooperative agreement from the Center for Substance Abuse Treatment (CSAT), Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA), U.S. Department of Health and Human Services. Linda Kaplan, Executive Director of the Danya Institute, is the Project Director of the CEATTC and had ultimate responsibility for directing the development of this online course.

Course development. Through a contract with the Danya Institute, Danya International prepared the text as an online course, programmed the course for the Web, and conducted quality assurance processes.
